Aarambhi hears Vishwas’ betrayal confession

As Dr. Manmeet informs Aarambhi that she needs a kidney transplant at the earliest, else she will die. Vishwas’s kidney matches with hers, but Dimple refuses to let Vishwas donate his kidney to Aarambhi. Balbir argues with Dimple, asking her to think about Aarambhi. Dimple refuses to let Vishwas donate his kidney. Balbir is upset and tells Aarambhi that they don’t care about her, after she had given them 10 years, and they least care about her, though she had sacrificed her career for them. Arun decides to plead with Vishwas to donate his kidney. Aarambhi asks him not to plead in front of anyone. Manmeet confronts Raj, asking if they are family, though they own a hospital, but his mom behaves as if she is illiterate. She adds that Dr. Vishwas can easily donate his surgery, there is minimal risk, and Aarambhi will be saved. She asks if they will let her die and calls them shameful. Vihaan hears and asks Raj if his mother will die. Raj decides to convince his Mom.

Aarambhi tries to calm her father and tells him that she is not at all worried for herself, as they all are with her. She asks them to take care of Vihaan and take rest themselves. She asks herself to have strength for Vihaan, and cries. Dimple tells Vishwas that Aarambhi has made Vihaan against her, and if anything happens to him, then she will keep him away from her. Raj asks Vishwas what he thought. Vishwas thinks of talking to Avantika. Aarambhi smiles and sings the song, seeing Manmeet and Raj fighting. Raj asks her to have food, but Aarambhi refuses. She thinks of Dimple and Manmeet’s words and worries for Vihaan. She prays to God to give her life for her son and family. Madhu comes and gives her strength. Radhika is at the airport and calls Aarambhi, urging her to talk to Vishwas, reminding her that she is a doctor herself. Aarambhi decides to talk to Vishwas.

Vishwas comes to the terrace of the hospital. Avantika comes there. Manmeet stops Aarambhi from going out of the room, but Aarambhi insists on talking to Vishwas. A doctor informs Aarambhi that Vishwas is on the terrace. Vishwas asks Avantika if he should give a kidney to Aarambhi, or else she will die. Avantika asks if he is donating his kidney to Aarambhi. She feels that if he donates his kidney to Aarambhi, then he will care for her, and she (herself) will be all alone again. Aarambhi reaches the terrace and hears Vishwas asking Avantika if she (Aarambhi) dies then? He adds that they got lucky as Aarambhi will die soon, and then there will be no complication of divorce, he will get rid of her, and will be free to marry Avantika. Aarambhi is shattered. Vishwas is happy that Vihaan will get a mom like Avantika; Aarambhi would have made him a loser like her. He expresses his happiness and love for Avantika and is happy to give a name to their relationship. Aarambhi gets heartbroken.
