Aarambhi shares her pain with Radhika

Aarambhi vents out her pain, standing on the edge of the railing, and thinks of Vishwas’ betrayal. She thinks that if her son gets snatched from her, then it is better for her to die rather than live without him. Vihaan comes to Aarambhi’s ward and finds her missing. He becomes sad, wondering where she has gone. Radhika reaches the terrace and shouts, seeing Aarambhi standing on the railing, and asks her to get down. Aarambhi replies that she is trying to find her identity. Radhika asks her not to be upset as Vishwas didn’t give her a kidney because of his Mom’s drama. Aarambhi asks if she is defending Vishwas, and adds that he is Vishwas ghaat, a betrayal. Radhika asks her to get down first. Aarambhi gets down and hugs her, sharing that Vishwas cheated on her; she was always right about him.

Manju thanks Vishwas for arranging the Donor. Vishwas takes the credit for the Donor and replies that he had done what he could do. Arun apologizes to Vishwas on Balbir’s behalf and thanks Vishwas for saving Aarambhi’s life. Avantika hears them and gets angry with Vishwas. Radhika cries with Aarambhi and expresses her doubt about Vishwas always. Radhika asks if she wanted to die because of Vishwas. Aarambhi replies that she was searching for inspiration to continue her life. She shares with Radhika that she had reached the Medical college after clearing the entrance, but they felt that she couldn’t study biology as she came from a government school. She worked harder and topped the exam to get a gold medal. She regrets leaving her career on Vishwas, saying, and shares about Balbir paying off the loan even after retirement, which he took for her education. She reveals hearing Vishwas’ plan to marry her, to make her dependent on him. Radhika gets angry with Vishwas. Aarambhi reveals that he gave her a certificate of a bad wife, and shares that he is the best husband in front of the world, and people will blame her if his affair is revealed. Radhika asks why wife is always blamed. Aarambhi replies that the wife is always blamed in either of the situations, if she chooses home or career. She reveals his plan to go to court to snatch Vihaan from him. Radhika decides to fight with Vishwas in court. Aarambhi shares that she doesn’t have money. Radhika adds that she will give money for the case. Aarambhi asks what about Vihaan’s upbringing, and decides to go back home for Vihaan.

Avantika blames Vishwas for arranging the kidney. Vishwas reveals that Dr. Raghav hasn’t shared with him due to hospital rules. She reveals that she heard him talking to Manju. He asks her to open the door, or else he will break. She shouts, asking him not to talk in that tone again. He apologizes. She asks if he was taking credit from her Mom. He replies that he was making his case strong. She asks when he is returning to Delhi. He decides to stay with Avantika in Mumbai. Vihaan reaches the terrace and hugs Aarambhi. Vihaan reveals to her that he prayed for her, and Naira’s dad also prayed for her, calling her doctor. He expresses his wish to celebrate the Muffin celebration with her later on. He calls her Crush doctor. Aarambhi hugs him. She sends him downstairs and asks for Radhika’s support in her fight. Radhika adds that she is with her always. Later, Vishwas talks sweetly with Aarambhi in front of everyone. Aarambhi decides to choose herself. She goes to the medical council to renew her medical licence and start her career.
