Raj files for Sumitra’s custody

Ritika visits Raj and shares that she has separated herself from his case due to his genuine love for her and Sumitra. She doesn’t want to lose him and believes that Roshni is just seeing facts and proofs, but she is seeing his emotions. Raj gets happy and hugs him. Roshni makes Sumitra sleep and sings a lullaby. Ritika returns home and informs that she has gone to Raj’s house to meet him. Roshni advises her not to mix her profession with emotions. Ritika wants her to patch up with Raj, but Roshni refuses to count Raj’s mistakes. Ritika asks her to understand her. Roshni asks her to relax and think neutrally to make a decision. Raj meets his lawyer and shares his plight, as if he were innocent, but Roshni got him caught in a corruption case. He asks him to do anything legally to get Sumitra’s custody. The lawyer goes to file the custody case. Later, Ritika receives the court notice and gives it to Roshni.

Roshni gets emotional and hugs Sumitra after reading the notice. Ritika informs Roshni’s mother about Raj filing a custody case for Sumitra. Roshni comes to meet Mr. Sinha and discuss Sumitra’s custody case. Mr. Sinha says that Raj will not agree to an out-of-court settlement, and that’s why she has to hand over Sumitra to him. Roshni asks him to show some way to get the custody. Mr. Sinha asks if she has evidence to get the custody. Roshni thinks of the evidence. Later, Raj visits Ranjan’s house and snatches Sumitra from Roshni’s hands. Karthik comes there to arrest Raj. Raj reminds him that he might lose his job, but Karthik arrests him.
