Seher decides to protect Mahid from conspiracy

Seher distracts Waseem and the Muftis to go out, citing that fire is set. She calls Dr. Farid to seek his help and inform him about Mahid’s worsened condition. Dr. Farid understands that he had a panic attack and asks her to search for the injection in his stuff, which he had been prescribed long ago. Waseem urges the men to go and help Mahid, but they are sure that Mahid can handle the situation well. Seher comes to Mahid and stops him from going out. Mahid asks her to move and let him go to his mother. Seher tries to make him come back to his senses and urges him to come out of his traumatic memories and past. Mahid breaks down and tells that his mother doesn’t let him be peaceful and troubles him a lot even in sleep. Seher asks him to see that his mother is not there, and asks him not to run behind the dead, and live in the present. She hugs him, referring to herself as the reality, and gives him an injection. She cries seeing his pain. Mahid also cries and vents out his pain. Soon, he falls asleep due to the injection’s effect. Dr. Farid reaches there and enquires about Mahid’s condition. Seher replies that he had slept due to the injection and informs him about the lady triggering his attack.

Dr. Farid informs her that until Mahid accepts his mother’s death, he can’t move on. He informs her that he got angry with Mahid when he married her, due to her age, and that’s why he stopped the treatment from him. Seher replies that Mahid was unaware of her age, else he wouldn’t have married her. Dr. Farid asks her to walk out of the marriage, but she refuses to leave Mahid in a traumatized state. Waseem beats Umar for failing to prove Mahid as mad, and asks him to bring that lady to him. Dr. Farid prescribes medicines for Mahid and asks Seher to return with Mahid, as the place is triggering his trauma. He leaves. Seher sees tears coming down Mahid’s eyes, and wipes his tears. Later, Mahid calls the Police and complains about the imposter troubling him, posing as his mother. The inspector assures of catching the woman.

Kausar sneezes after using sandalwood shampoo, and Amaal reveals she is also allergic. Dr. Farid explains that this is a common allergy. Seher remembers Dr. Farid and Kausar’s comments and starts packing their bags. Mahid insists they remain because he wants to catch the woman troubling him. Seher argues they should leave, but Mahid presents her with a pizza, thanking her for supporting him during his trauma. He shares that Seher helped him distinguish reality from imagination. He wants her to start her day happily. Seher replies that they should leave for her sake, joking that she will eat the pizza alone if he doesn’t agree. Kausar reflects on Amaal’s words and suspects Amaal might be her daughter, but hesitates because her daughter was believed to be born dead. In the car, Seher eats pizza and offers some to Mahid, who accepts a bite and encourages Seher to eat. Seher wonders who is plotting against Mahid and suspects his own family. She shares her suspicion with Mahid, who thinks the lady might be his mother’s relative or friend. Seher commits to finding proof and refuses to let anyone use Mahid’s vulnerability. Later, Husna secretly spikes Seher’s sherbet so Seher will oversleep for Sehri. Mahid tries to wake Seher up.
