Mihir and Tulsi to work together

Tulsi stops the auction. The bank officer informs that the bank debt is cleared. Ajay clarifies that Tulsi has paid a lump sum amount to the bank and has given a guarantee to the bank that she will pay all the money to the bank, and the bank has agreed. The bank officer reveals that she has many orders and will clear their debts, and that’s why an auction is not possible. The Bank Officer asks Tulsi to send a Memorandum of Understanding to them stating that she is working with the Virani company. Ajay offers to send the MOU. Mihir comes to Ranvijay and gives him a coin for not being able to buy his company.

Angad apologizes to Vrinda and asks her to say I love you, but she refuses. He convinces her. Tulsi tells Ranvijay to get used to failing. Ranvijay warns her to complete her order. Tulsi says she will. Ranvijay threatens her politely. Tulsi says if he works hard, he will win without plotting. She asks Ajay to prepare papers. Ajay asks Mihir to sign the MOU, so they can work together. Noina objects. Ajay says it benefits both. Ranvijay asks who decided this. Hritik says he did, and Ranvijay cannot take his factory.

Noina talks to Dev and asks him to take Saloni to a restaurant, as she is asking for Tulsi. Mihir asks Noina to think about what will happen after Saloni returns home. Noina thinks of a plan. She meets Tulsi, reminding her that she has become Mihir’s colleague, and she herself has become Mihir’s wife. Tulsi questions if she has become Mihir’s wife. Ranvijay hires a goon to kill Tulsi, but Mihir meets with an accident.
