Dr. Manmeet donates her kidney to Aarambhi

Manmeet decides to give her kidney to Aarambhi so that her life is saved. Dr. Raghav informs the family members about giving relief to Aarambhi’s family. Vishwas gets upset and thinks about the Anonymous donor who is ruining his plans. He asks Aarambhi to get well as she is taken to the OT. Vishwas asks Raj to give a thank-you note to the Nurse station, so that Dr. Raghav gives it to the donor. He plans to reach the Donor through the note. Dimple tricks Vihaan into believing that she has prayed to God strongly so that Aarambhi gets a fine, and that’s why she got a donor. Balbir asks Madhu to see how she is taking the credit for the Donor, and tells her that God has sent an angel who is giving her/his kidney selflessly to save Aarambhi’s life. Dimple and Balbir have a heated argument. Vihaan starts singing the song to pray for Aarambhi’s life, which she had sung for Naira’s dad’s life, to make everyone relax. He urges them not to fight and then resumes singing the song again. As Aarambhi undergoes the kidney transplant operation, everyone waits outside the OT. Raj gives Vishwas’s thank-you note to the Nurse to give to the Donor. Vishwas follows the Nurse to see the donor, but Vihaan stops him, asking him to pray for his Mother. Avantika signs him to come. Vihaan stops her to pray for his mother. Avantika takes Vishwas from there on the pretext of discussing the patient.

Arun enquires about her from Raj and wonders what a cosmetic surgeon wants to discuss with Vishwas so urgently. Vishwas is upset and blames the Donor for ruining their plan. He asks how he will handle the situation and Vihaan if Aarambhi gets saved. Radhika arrives there, shouting for Vishwas. Avantika goes out to handle her. She asks Radhika to keep her voice low, as she is disturbing the patients. Radhika enquires about Vishwas. Avantika informs her that Aarambhi is undergoing an operation and Vishwas is in the waiting area. Radhika asks if Vishwas gave his kidney to her. Avantika replies that the Donor is anonymous.

After the operation, Aarambhi is taken to the postoperative ward. Radhika hugs and comforts Vihaan. Vishwas comes inside Aarambhi’s ward, thinking his plan will get ruined if she gets saved. Avantika comes there offering him coffee. They go out to talk. Aarambhi gains consciousness and sees them leaving from there. She recalls his betrayal and goes to the terrace. She finds two coffee paper cups and thinks they were here. She thinks everything was betrayal right in front of her, and she didn’t understand, and he was praying for her death and would have been happy if she had died. She has an emotional breakdown recalling his plan to let her die. She realizes that there was no truth in their marriage, and it is dead already. She climbs on the chair and stands on the railing to commit suicide, recalling Vishwa’s betrayal. Radhika comes there and saves Aarambhi. Aarambhi informs her about Vishwa’s betrayal. She decides to renew her medical licence and goes to the office.
