Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan: Shekhar Hides Siddhu’s Identity from Sneha

Zee TV’s Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan focuses on Sneha and Siddhu’s love story. But for Ganga Mai, everything feels tense. She feels something bad is about to happen, but can’t stop it. She is helpless and struggles to find a good alliance for her eldest daughter, Sahana.

Sneha comes to the police station. She speaks to the inspector. She is confused whether Durgavati’s son is still in the lock-up or got bailed out. She tries to keep her calm, but she is determined to get justice.

She tells the inspector she hasn’t come with a new complaint, but she wants to talk about the old case of Siddhant Singh Thakur. The inspector says Durgavati’s son is in jail. She asks if he is sure. He confirms it. Sneha is not fully convinced. She tells that she wants to see him herself. She tells that she has brought her brother Shekhar, who is a lawyer by profession. She explains to him that Shekhar can recognize Durgavati’s son. The inspector agrees. He takes them to the lock-up and shows the guy inside. Shekhar knows that he isn’t Siddhu, but hides the fact from her because of Siddhu’s timely call. Siddhu requests Shekhar to lie to Sneha. He says that he will meet him and explain everything to him.

On the other hand, Indu arrives at Ganga’s house with sweets. She announces that Manohar will do Sahana’s kanyadaan. Ganga is shocked. Indu is happy that after Sahana’s marriage, Ganga’s house and dhaba will belong to her. Ganga controls her temper, though she feels trapped. Kaali thinks Indu has fixed Sahana and his marriage. He thanks Indu. Kaali and Indu celebrate greedily, talking about gold, dowry, and taking over Ganga’s land. Their happiness feels cruel to Manohar. Manohar is glad that Indu didn’t agree to accept Sahana in the family. He doesn’t want Sahana to get troubled by Indu and Kaali.

Sahana senses something is wrong with her marriage alliance. She checks the guy’s photo and is shocked that he isn’t Murli. Soni finds Sahana under stress. She hugs Sahana and suggests that Sahana meet Murli. Sneha continues doubting the police’s story. She checks the records again. Siddhu feels worried, knowing the truth cannot stay hidden for long. How will Sneha react knowing Siddhu is Durgavati’s son? The show is going to bring a big revelation of Siddhu’s identity coming out.
