Tulsi exposes Noina and cancels the wedding

He admits that he was just acting with her after Tulsi revealed the truth on the call. He came to the mandap so that the truth would be exposed in front of everyone. Noina sticks to her lies and claims that the doctor is lying. Tulsi makes a video call to Dr. Avinash and asks him to tell the truth. Dr. Avinash reveals to her that Noina has a peptic ulcer, and it was clear in her biopsy that she does not have cancer. Tulsi asks if Noina is aware that she is not having cancer. He confirms that Noina and her sister are well aware that she does not have cancer.

Mihir bashes Noina verbally for her lies and the trap for him. Tulsi calms Mihir and questions Noina about what she gave to Mihir, who helped her, supported, and respected her. She teaches her the meaning of true love, which is sacrifice, surrender, etc. She blames him for ruining Pari and Hritik’s lives.
