Vishwas betrays Aarambhi for Avantika

Aarambhi explains to Vishwas that she needs to go to Mumbai as her papa is unwell, and her Maa is alone, as her brother Arun is not at home. Vishwas calls Arun careless for having gone to a no-network zone. He asks her to go and acts as if he will cancel his surgery in Mumbai. Aarambhi asks him why he wants to cancel his surgery. He replies that he will help his Mom with her wellness meet. Avantika hears them as she is on call. Vishwas plays emotional card and apologizes to her on his family’s behalf. He makes Aarambhi feel guilty for not being able to do her duty. He promises her that he will go to her house and see her Dad, as he is a priority. Aarambhi thanks him. He tells Avantika that she will know what his priority is after he reaches Mumbai. Aarambhi assures herself that Vishwas will handle everything. Raj wishes happy anniversary to Aarambhi and goes to the hospital. Aarambhi’s mother calls her. Aarambhi assures her that Vishwas will reach the hospital and will see her father. Vishwas reaches his hospital in Mumbai and meets Avantika, and informs her about buying a 4BHK house for her, and calls her his priority.

Aarambhi’s mother calls her and informs her that Vishwas hasn’t come, and insists that she come. Aarambhi replies that she can’t come and calls Vishwas. She calls Vishwas, and the Receptionist picks up the call and lies that he is busy in surgery. Radhika hears Aarambhi and assures her mother that she will send her to Mumbai. Avantika asks Vishwas if the house that he gifted her is the compensation for her, and questions where she stands in his life. She asks why he doesn’t use her gifts, asks if he is scared of Aarambhi and Vihaan. She reminds him of their daughter, Sania, and asks him to shift to Mumbai. He assures her that he will not go back.

Radhika reminds Aarambhi that she will meet her parents after 4 years, as she was always busy in house work, but her mother-in-law lies that she doesn’t do any work. She tries to show her the mirror, but Aarambhi doesn’t believe her. Radhika finds Aarambhi’s feet swollen and asks her to show them to the doctor. Aarambhi calls Dimple, but the latter is busy with the live interview. Dimple invites the host to her wellness meet. Radhika drops Aarambhi off at the airport. Vihaan informs her about her forecast and tells her that she will meet her savior today. She collides with a guy holding a Manmeet Arora placard at the airport, and goes. She sends a voice message to Dimple. Dimple welcomes the host to the house and tells that Aarambhi doesn’t do any work. Dimple shouts at the servant for not informing her that Aarambhi went to Mumbai. The Servant says that she had done all the work before leaving. Dimple plans something wrong for Aarambhi. Later, Aarambhi hears Vishwas telling Avantika that he has checked Aarambhi’s reports, and she is going to die very soon, and then he will marry her. He is happy that Vihaan will get a mother like Avantika. Aarambhi hears in shock.
