Noina gets diagnosed with Cancer

Noina leaves Shantiniketan after her betrayal and lies are exposed. She finds her pallu stuck in the Tulsi plant, and pulls it, which leads to the pallu being torn. Mihir is upset and asks his family to throw Noina’s stuff out and change the wall paint, furniture, and other stuff, as he doesn’t want anything to remind him of Noina and her deceit. Noina feels betrayed and insulted by Mihir and shares with Suchitra that Gautam betrayed her and exposed her lie. She coughs, and blood comes out of her mouth. Mihir messages Tulsi and waits for her reply. Garima comes to Mihir and asks for his phone. He asks her to call Tulsi. Garima calls Tulsi and asks her to talk to Mihir. Tulsi understands Mihir’s planning and scolds him politely. Mihir laughs, enjoying her scoldings.

Mitali decides to participate in the beauty pageant and lists herself as single. While sleeping, Timsi falls out of bed and calls for Mitali. Hritik arrives to help Timsi, carefully bandaging her foot and criticizing Mitali for not being attentive. Mitali tells Hritik to treat her as they treated Noina and throw her out. The doctor informs Suchitra that Noina is having cancer and is under observation. Suchitra couldn’t believe that Noina had blood cancer. The doctor suggests that her biopsy needs to be done and asks her to inform her. Suchitra asks him to proceed with the biopsy, but she can’t reveal to her about her illness. Mitali calls Suchitra and asks about Noina. Suchitra lies that Noina is fine.

Later, Timsi watches the tab while Hritik is in Munni’s office. Munni handles Timsi asking her to make the paper plane, rather than watching Tab. Hritik shares about his strained relationship with Mitali and that he wishes to separate from her. Munni asks him to think about his daughter, as she needs both her parents. Hritik reveals that Mitali is the least interested in taking care of Timsi. He leaves from there with Timsi. Munni calls Tulsi and informs her about Hritik’s wish to separate from Mitali. Tulsi is shocked and comes to Mihir’s cabin to talk to him. She informs Mihir that Hritik wanted to separate and insists on talking to them. She asks him to talk to Mitali while she talks to Hritik. She thinks about sorting out their problems to resolve the issues. Mihir asks Tulsi to drop him off at his seat, as his stick is missing. Tulsi makes him sit on his chair and leaves.
