Tu Juliet Jatt Di: Nawab cares for injured Heer

After Heer gets injured while trying to stop Arjun and Nawab’s fight, Nawab rushes her to the hospital in his car. Tina is stunned to see him concerned for Heer. Dilip and Gulaab reach the hospital after Anmol informs them about Heer’s injury. Nawab fights with his emotions and fears that something might happen to her. He wonders what his relationship with her is. He sees blood on her forehead from his hand. The Nurse questions Nawab about Heer’s name, but he doesn’t know. Arjun confronts him for not knowing her name. Heer’s friend fills the form. Arjun is equally concerned for her and looks at her through the window pane.

Nawab hides seeing his parents coming to the hospital and enquiring about Heer. He wonders why they are asking about her and thinks Tina is silly to make the video viral. Nurse informs Dilip that Heer’s friends brought her to the hospital. Dilip questions Arjun about how she got a serious injury. Arjun calls it an accident while trying to stop the boys’ fight. The doctor informs Dilip that he can meet Heer once she is shifted to the VIP room. Nawab thanks God for making Heer fine. Anmol comes to Sunny’s office and informs him about Heer’s accident. Nawab sees his father caring for Heer, but doesn’t understand that she is the same girl whom he married. Arjun wonders who they are, and that they are helping Heer. Gulaab doubts that he is the same guy who is seen with Heer always. Dilip refuses to leave Heer, as he regards her as his daughter, and wants to be at her side. Gulaab leaves for home.

Nawab comes to Heer’s ward and thanks God that she is fine. He tries to check her name in the file, but the nurse takes the file from his hand. She thinks he is her boyfriend and lets him talk to the unconscious Heer. Nawab clarifies to unconscious Heer that he is not involved in the prank. He asks if she is listening and moves her hair from her face. She opens her eyes a bit and calls his name, Nawab. He finds J’s alphabet pendant around her neck and wonders what her name is. She whispers to Juliet. He calls her Juliet. He hears Dilip’s voice and thinks to leave, but Heer is holding his hand.

Gulaab returns home happily and reveals about Arjun, saying she suspects that Heer is having an affair with him. Nawab leaves after promising to return tomorrow to enquire about her connection with his parents. Anmol supports Heer, but Gulaab calls her innocent for thinking everyone is good.

The next day, Heer opens her eyes and calls Nawab. Koel asks if she is handsome like Nawab. Heer felt Nawab’s presence. Koel informs her that Tina and Nawab had an argument due to the prank, and that he was not involved. Heer lies to her mother that she fell. Her mother questions her about why she has hidden the fact from her that Nawab studies in the same college as hers. She informs her that she meets Nawab daily in the college, but he doesn’t know about their relationship. Her mother asks her to understand that it is God’s ploy to bring them closer to each other, and asks her to tell the truth to him. Heer informs her that she tried to inform him, but he confessed his love to Tina. Her mother asks her to think that it is not a coincidence that Later Heer does Nawab’s lie detector test and finds his truth.
