Seher lies about her true feelings to Mahid

Seher arrives for her Mehendi late, and Mahid gets a peaceful feeling seeing her. He comes near her and insists on talking to her. Seher wonders what he wants to say. Kausar manages to emerge from the basement room and wonders where they all go. Dada Saheb asks Nazima to apply mehendi to Mahid, being his sister. Nazima gets angry, but maintains calm. She shares her sinister plan with her mother, Fatima, and calls Banno (mehendi designer), who came with the snake basket in her hand. Waseem asks them to apply mehendi to Mahid first. Husna likes Seher and is happy for Mahid. She questions Seher about Kausar. Safiya lies that Kausar went to Ajmer to pray for Seher’s marriage to ward off the evil eyes. Banno is about to lift the basket in which she has kept the snake, but a Servant takes Seher to meet Mahid, making an excuse.
Kausar reads the venue and determines not to let the marriage happen. Fatima applies mehendi to Mahid. Tahir informs Mahid that someone is waiting for him. Seher meets Asad and informs him that she couldn’t search for Ammi. Asad questions why she returns. Seher asks Asad to give a letter to Farid Quadri, as he is the one who can help them. Husna takes the mehendi basket from Banno’s hand, and the mehendi cones fall down. Nazima and Banno find the snake missing and start searching. Nazima asks Banno to call the snake charmer. Mahid comes to meet Seher and finds her hiding. Seher cites that she is not hiding. Mahid reveals to Seher that he likes her eyes, which have some spark, and he never lies. Mahid questions her if she is scared of marriage. He reveals that he has many flaws, has anger issues, and a different perception. He asks if she is willing to marry him, even after knowing everything, if she gives her consent to their marriage. He agrees to her decision and asks her not to be hesitant.
Seher gets moved to tears, and thinks he gave her the freedom to make the decision, which her father never gave her. She thinks about how to tell him the truth; her decision will decide her mother’s fate. Seher walks towards the candle stand and is about to burn her hand, when Mahid throws the stand and saves her. The snake was crawling towards her, but took a different route. Mahid understands that Seher’s silence means refusal. Seher lies that she is ready to marry him. Mahid is happy. He helps her to wear a necklace, and mehendi gets applied on her neck with his finger. She thanks him. He questions again if she is happy. She nods her head in approval, but actually, she hides her true feelings.
