Roshni gives unwavering support to Raj

Roshni urges Raj to pursue his dream after he informs her about his dream, which he lost after his father’s demise. Raj doesn’t want to make his eyes red, as he can’t fulfill his dream. She asks him to chase his dream and offers her unwavering support in his journey. Next morning, Roshni informs Raj that she has made a timetable for him which he shall follow strictly, and complete the mock test papers. Raj replies that it is not easy to do a job and preparation together, even if they make a strict timetable. Later, Amma informs Roshni that they don’t make Ahio Ashtami food in their kitchen. She asks Raj to come home before puja and asks Roshni to make the dinner. She tells Roshni that the mothers keep fast for their sons. Roshni replies that her mother keeps fast for her daughters. Amma asks her to obey her sasural rules. Ritika gets upset hearing her mother. Roshni goes to Dheeraj and asks for help.

Ram Murthy, a contractor, asks Raj to clear his file. Raj informs him to rectify the estimated amount and submit the tender again, else it will get cancelled. Roshni goes with Ritika to watch the puppet show and offers to tell the story while the master makes the puppet express her words. She begins sharing Ritika’s story to motivate her, and asks her to reply to everyone with a smile. After the story ends, Roshni asks the neighbor boys not to make fun of anyone. Ritika cries, understanding what Roshni wanted to convey. Roshni asks her to vent out her fear and anger, standing in front of the mirror. She asks her to record herself on her phone until her pain and anger come out. Ritika asks what will happen with this. Roshni boosts her confidence.

Roshni sees Raj’s photo and gets it framed. Raj comes home and gets emotional seeing the photo. He reminisces about his father sharing his dream to become an IAS officer, but he ended up becoming a clerk. Young Raj is determined to fulfill his father’s dream. He receives the prize from the collector for securing top rank in the 10th exam. Overwhelmed with emotions, Raj hugs Roshni.

Later, Raj’s Mama reveals to Roshni that Amma used to be a classical singer, but left music after the marriage. Amma completes the puja of Ahio Ashtami with her brother and Raj. She applies Tilak to Ritika and Roshni, too. Raj asks Roshni to understand that he can’t prepare for UPSC and do a job together. She suggests that he take 1 year leave from the job. He asks her to take Amma’s permission. She agrees and asks him to get ready to prepare. Later, Ram Murthy traps Raj in the corruption case, as the anti-corruption bureau raids his office.
