Raj clears UPSC Main exam giving relief to Sumitra

Doctor informs Raj and Raushni that there is a less chances of recovery for Sumitra, but they can start an aggressive line of treatment to increase her days. Raj asks what they can do? The doctor explains the treatment and expenses. Anand visits Sumitra, questioning her why she had hidden her illness from him. Sumitra regrets that he couldn’t marry. Anand just wants her to live longer for them and expresses his pain. Raushni and Raj fail to arrange money for Sumitra’s treatment, but when Anand arrives there and gives them the required money. Mayank reaches home with his friends. Sumitra bans him from entering the house for whatever wrong he has done to the girl. Mayank feigns innocence. Ritika informs him about Sumitra battling with Cancer. Mayank breaks down and cries, hugging Sumitra.

Later, Mayank, Raj, and Raushni ask Sumitra to get admitted to the hospital, but she refuses, citing she doesn’t want to die on the hospital bed. Sumitra asks Raushni to make Aloo puri for everyone. Raushni makes it for Sumitra and others. Sumitra lovingly feeds her, making Raj emotional. Later, Mayank visits the party office and refuses to work for the politician who didn’t save him from going to jail. Ritika checks Raj’s result, but the website couldn’t be loaded. Raj gets nervous. Ritika checks the result and surprises Raj by revealing that he has passed the UPSC main exam. Sumitra gets overwhelmed that he has cleared his UPSC and expresses her happiness with her late husband. She urges Raj to clear the interview. Raj is determined to pass the interview.

Sumitra asks the neighbors to play cricket with her, but this time Raushni will play along with her. Raushni reaches there and informs about Mrityunjay jaap today at home. Sumitra decides to play tomorrow. Raj gets emotional seeing Raushni and Sumitra doing the Jaap and recalls his childhood with his mother. Sumitra ties Rakhi to Anand, thinking she might not be alive next year. Anand gets emotional and asks her to promise that she will become his younger brother in the next birth. Sumitra adds that she is content with her life and has accepted her fate. She asks him to cheer her up when she plays a match tomorrow. Anand is sure that his sister will win. Soon, Raj will become an IAS officer and will break his ties with Raushni. However, Raushni is adamant to win his love again.
