Manmeet selfish decision for Aarambhi’s life

Manju asks Manmeet if Vishwas gives a kidney to Aarambhi, will it be risky for his life, as told by Dimple. Manmeet replies that there is a minimal chance that anything will happen to him, and reasons that Donors live longer and a better life than the recipients. She asks him to talk to Aarambhi and Vishwas about it. Manju feels that if she talks to them, then Vishwas might get hurt. Manmeet replies that marriage is about equality and companionship, and if there is hesitation, then it means that there is a crack in the relationship already. Aarambhi hears them, faints, and falls down. Manmeet runs to Aarambhi and asks the wardboys to take her to the ICU. Vishwas acts worried seeing his father-in-law. Manju pleads in front of Vishwas to save her daughter. Aarambhi’s father asks Manju not to plead in front of him. Vishwas gives her false hope that whatever is possible is being done.

Manmeet asks the other doctor to give her normal saline. She tells Dr. Raghav that Aarambhi’s kidneys are shutting down. Dr. Raghav checks her and tells them that they have to stabilize her until they get the donor. Aarambhi opens her eyes a bit. Manmeet asks her to fight for her life and not to lose strength. Dr. Raghav informs Vishwas that she is critical and her kidney can fail at anytime and then other organs will fail too. He asks him to make a decision. Manmeet asks Vishwas to give his kidney to her. Balbir reminds Vishwas of his promises made to Aarambhi and counts whatever she has done for them. He says they never insisted that she come, as they had only taught her to handle her house and responsibilities. He talks about her sacrifices. Dimple asks him to talk to her. Balbir refuses to talk to her and insists that Vishwas save Aarambhi’s life.

Dimple refuses to let Vishwas give his kidney, or else she will die. Sunil tries to calm her. Dimple insists that Aarambhi shall wait until she finds the donor. Balbir asks Vishwas if he will give his kidney to Aarambhi or not. Vishwas gets silent. Balbir blames Manju and Arun for favoring Vishwas and Aarambhi’s marriage. He reasons that if she had practiced medicine as a gold medalist, then she would have been a top surgeon today. Manmeet is shocked to learn that Aarambhi was a doctor and is fighting death today. Dimple thinks Vishwas might fall in his talks and threatens to cut her wrist, asking Vishwas to choose between Aarambhi and her. He acts as if he can’t choose, as Aarambhi is his wife and she is his Mom. Dimple asks him to choose Vihaan atleast, if anything happens to him, then what will happen to Vihaan? Vihaan asks Vishwas if he will become an orphan. Vishwas replies no.

Manmeet checks Aarambhi’s reports and thinks that this way, she will die. She talks to unconscious Aarambhi that her family doesn’t think about her, though she has done a lot for them. She hears Vihaan crying and goes out. She assures him that his mother will fight to the death and will defeat it. Vihaan asks her to help him save his mother. She thinks Vihaan will lose his mother due to his selfish family. She thinks to help Aarambhi and asks the lab assistant to take her blood sample. Dr. Raghav asks why she is getting her test done. Manmeet replies that she wants to give a kidney to Aarambhi. Dr. Raghav feels proud of her and asks if she is ready for the procedure if her kidney matches. Manmeet responds yes, and asks him not to inform Aarambhi or her family that she is the Donor. She adds that nobody from the family is coming forward, so someone had to take the initiative. Dr. Raghav appreciates her selfless sacrifice for Vihaan and Aarambhi. Manmeet thinks she will be her savior. Aarambhi gains consciousness and asks why he cheated on her. Vishwas confesses that he loves Avantika, but couldn’t marry her because of Aarambhi. Avantika informs her that Vihaan will call her Mom. Aarambhi looks shattered.
