Mangal and Adit learn about Akshat’s heart disease

Mangal fights with her emotions on learning that her younger son, Akshat, is battling with congenital heart disease and had a minor heart stroke. She cries and vents out her pain. Adit consoles Mangal and gives her strength. He informs her that he had talked to the doctor about the surgery. Mangal asks how to hide from everyone. Adit adds that Amma, Papa, and Ishana can’t take it, and they have to give strength to Akshat, as the surgery won’t be easy. Mangal sees Soumya and asks her to sleep, rather than spying on them.

Mangal serves Daliya to everyone, but Akshat refuses to eat it. Adit lies that Mangal was making kachori, but he asked her to make daliya. Akshat refuses to eat it. Adit convinces him to eat it and promises to fulfill his wish. Akshat is happy. Adit pacifies Mangal and informs her that the surgery is after 2 days. He hopes that Akshat’s recovery will be fast, as the hole is fast. Ishana and Neil hear them. Ishana cries. Mangal asks them not to inform Akshat or anyone else. Akshat calls Mangal and Adit and asks them to remarry and fulfill his wish. Ishana asks Adit to agree to Akshat’s wish. Adit agrees to marry Mangal, shocking her. Akshat jumps happily. He asks Mangal to give her consent. Mangal nods her head. Adit thinks even he wants the same and is repenting for his past mistakes. Amma asks them to start their new beginning. Mangal decides to fulfill Akshat’s wish to fulfill her duty as a mother. Amma saves Mangal as her pallu catches fire, and understands her dilemma as a mother and a woman.

Lakshmi confronts Bhavani on seeing the tracker on her saree. Dadi confronts Bhavani for regarding Karan as step son and helping Krish. Karan gets heartbroken that Bhavani never loved him, and apologizes to her that he failed to make her love him. He questions her if she wants to kill him. Bhavani nods no. Dadi asks Bhavani to leave her house. Jiya reaches there with Krish and reveals that the secrets will be out today. She reveals to Karan that Krish is his brother. She asks Bhavani to tell the truth. Lakshmi refuses to believe Jiya and decides to call the Police.

Bhavani asks her to keep quiet and accepts that Krish is her son. Dadi says that this can’t be possible. Bhavani asks for forgiveness and reveals that Krish was born to her when she was just 18 years old. She then married Karan’s father, and didn’t bring Krish home, so that her love wouldn’t get divided between Krish and Karan. She reveals that Krish was taken care of by someone whom she used to send money for his upbringing. Dadi confronts Bhavani about her illegitimate son. Krish reveals that he wanted to kill Karan, as he had snatched his mother, childhood, and everything. He fooled them indisguise of Karthik. Krish reveals that Bhavani told him that it was not Karan’s mistake and that she had done what a mother would do. She lies that she loved Karan, but now she will stay with Krish. Lakshmi realizes that it is a conspiracy. Mangal warns Soumya for giving an electric shock to Akshat and threatens to show her Chandi Avatar.
