Mahid feels betrayed by Seher

Mahid watches Seher leaving in a burqa while standing in shock and disbelief. He sees her bridal dress peeping out of the burqa and realizes that he was betrayed. He thinks it was his mistake that he trusted a woman and let her knock on his heart’s closed door. He feels that there is just betrayal in his destiny and shouldn’t have hope for a new beginning for his life’s darkness. Dada Saheb learns that Seher has fled after the wedding and feels Mahid’s pain. He feels remorseful for choosing Seher for him. Mahid asks him not to order him to trust any woman from now, as the women mean betrayal and there is a cheat in their eyes. Dada Saheb feels utmost pain seeing Mahid’s mental trauma and feels apologetic. He gets disheartened seeing Seher scratching Mahid’s wounds. He gets a brain stroke and faints. Mahid checks him and calls Tahir, asking him to bring Dr. Farid fast. Dr. Farid arrives and confirms a brain stroke. They rush Dada Saheb to the hospital.

Seher and Kausar reach Dr. Farid’s house. Sultana opens the door and learns their story. She offers to send them to Dubai at her own expense. When Dr. Farid enquires about them, she lies that they didn’t come there. She thinks it is a good chance to get rid of them forever. She talks to her colleague and takes his brother’s number to arrange their visa and tickets. Kausar insists on talking to Dr. Farid. Sultana asks them to decide fast and doesn’t let them stay in her house, citing that Parvez seems to be a dangerous man and can attack them.

Dr. Farid informs Mahid that the MRI report shows a blood clot in his brain and needs surgery. Husna curses Seher. Parvez learns from Mahid that Seher has eloped from the marriage venue in front of his eyes. He adds that the betrayal was done so beautifully that he couldn’t believe it. Nazima rejoices hearing that she had fled. As Dr. Farid operates on Dada Saheb, Mahid prays for his safety and recovery. He meets him after the operation and blames himself for his condition. He feels guilty for informing him about Seher and giving him a shock, which led him to suffer a stroke. He promises to bear everything silently, but will never share his pain with him. He asks him to get well for him, as he doesn’t want to become an orphan. Kausar agrees to Sultana’s option. Sultana gives Amaal’s clothes to Seher and convinces Kausar that she is doing the same thing that Farid would have done.

Husna instigates Mahid against Seher and calls Parvez greedy for betraying them. Waseem threatens to search Seher and punish her. Amaal knocks on the door, asking Sultana to return her clothes. Kausar asks Seher to return the clothes, but Sultana refuses to let Seher change the clothes again, as the guy who will take them to Dubai will be arriving shortly. She lies that she doesn’t want Amaal to know that they ran away from the wedding. Amaal confronts Sultana, asking why she took her clothes. Sultana replies that she will order new clothes for her and asks her to be thankful. While Mahid prays for Dada Saheb, Seher and Kausar pray to God to free them from there. Sultana asks them to go as Irfan is waiting, and gives her best wishes. Seher thanks her. Irfan takes them to a house and asks them to wait there. They see more women confined in the room and learns that the men are taking them to Dubai to sell them to the Shaikh. Kausar and Seher are shocked to learn that they got trapped by a women trafficking racket.
