Kyun Ki Saas: Tulsi learns about Shantiniketan

Mihir reveals to Parth that he had indirectly challenged Tulsi so that she would stay back and not go. If he had asked her to stay, then she wouldn’t have agreed. He used reverse psychology and made her feel that he had challenged her and that he was happy without her. He hopes that she will not go anywhere. Angad and Vrinda are upset over Mihir’s behavior towards Tulsi. Pari gets excited hearing that Tulsi returned. Hritik vents out his feelings in front of the family members and tells them that Tulsi has done wrong by leaving them. She left them when they needed her the most. Pari feels sorry for her actions and thinks she couldn’t see in her eyes.

Vrinda talks to Tulsi and shows disappointment over Mihir’s words for her. Tulsi advises her not to talk against her father-in-law, else her husband might feel bad one day. Mihir is remorseful over his actions and words for Tulsi. He feels bad for hurting her. Gayatri questions him about whether he met Tulsi and if he invited her to come home. She insists that he should bring her home. Mihir refuses to bring her home and says that Shantiniketan doesn’t deserve her. Tulsi shares with Vrinda that she thought that Mihir would regret it, but he was happy with Noina, and she felt that all those 40 years were wasted. Mihir reveals that Tulsi has become independent and successful now, and he lied to her that he has moved on happily. He believes that if Tulsi learns the truth, then she will return to Shantiniketan to make everything fine, which he doesn’t want. He doesn’t want her to lose her achievements and wants her to take part in the competition. Gayatri is sure that Tulsi will win the competition, and is upset that Mihir has hurt her again. Mihir replies that he deserves her hatred, and he wants her to succeed and not turn to look at him.

Manjuri refuses to sign the papers, as the land is disputed, so she can’t give permission. Hritik replies that the problem will be solved. Manjuri refuses to give him permission. Hritik recalls Noina’s idea to bribe her and offers her the bribe. Manjuri warns him not to utter any more words and asks him to leave.

Tulsi advises Vaishnavi to change the display pieces twice a day. She sees Noina taking Hritik from there. Hritik informs them that he couldn’t get the permission. Noina scolds him for being unable to do his work. Rajveer insults him. Mitali calls him a loser. Tulsi hears Mitali and Hritik talking and realizes Shantiniketan is on the verge of getting sold, and they will be bankrupt. Later, Hritik vents out his anger in front of Tulsi and confronts her for leaving him. He commits suicide, and Tulsi takes him to the hospital. She confronts him for not fulfilling his father’s responsibility and asks him to see Hritik battling with death for his life.
