Krishna and Naina’s engagement begins

Naina and Krishna sit for the engagement. Krishna looks around the room, trying to spot Khushi. Naina notices this and quietly tells Nandita to observe Krishna’s behavior. Nandita concludes silently that Krishna still loves Khushi, even though he claims otherwise. When the electricity goes out, Khushi takes the initiative to light candles and gazes at Krishna in the candlelight. Aaradhna encourages Khushi to recognize the love in Krishna’s eyes. The engagement ritual is started by Pandit ji. Nandita hands shagun to Naina and instructs her to wear specific clothes and ancestral jewelry. Naina insults Khushi silently. In response, Khushi causes Naina to fall down. Queenie discovers the shagun saree is spoiled and, following Naina’s suggestion, tells Khushi to wash and iron it.

Naina’s goons attack Pranav and demand to know what evidence he has against Naina. Despite this, Pranav remains determined to expose her. While the goons are distracted, Pranav secretly turns on his phone, which enables Kabir to track his location. Kabir, accompanied by Sweety, heads out to find Pranav. Meanwhile, Khushi is shown ironing the shagun saree. Naina burns the saree herself but then blames Khushi for ruining it. Krishna asks Khushi to leave the event. At this point, the police arrive and report that Sarpal has filed a case against Krishna and Nandita, alleging that Krishna is already married to Khushi but is attempting to remarry.

Krishna insists that Khushi give a written statement stating she has no objection to his marriage. Khushi agrees, but only if Krishna persuades Naina to admit she herself burned the saree and apologize. Krishna challenges Naina to confess. Naina eventually admits she burned the saree, explaining it is because Krishna still loves Khushi. Khushi demands an apology from Naina, requiring her to touch Khushi’s feet and beg. Naina pretends to love Krishna and does as Khushi demands. Khushi signs the statement that she has no problem with Krishna’s marriage, and the police leave. Aaradhna questions Khushi about her decision to sign, and Nanu shares with Aaradhna that he and Khushi have another plan. Separately, Nandita asks Naina how to keep Khushi away. Naina suggests kidnapping Khushi, and Nandita agrees. Later, during the engagement, Naina places a ring on Krishna’s finger. Before placing a ring on Naina, Krishna looks at Khushi and puts the ring on Naina’s little finger; Khushi quietly corrects him. When Krishna’s marriage ritual begins, Naina suddenly appears, stopping the ceremony. It is revealed that the bride under the veil is Khushi, shocking everyone.
