Jagriti convinces Aatish to let them stay in their house
Aatish asks the Thakur family to leave after learning that he is the legal heir and owns Kalikant’s property. Ganga requests him to let them stay in the house, as they have been staying in the house for many years; it is their ancestral house. Aatish refuses to accept her plea and throws the jewellery that she offered him to let them stay in the house. Jagriti asks him to pick the jewellery and return it with respect to Ganga. Aatish refuses. Kalindi questions him as to why he wants to punish them for Kalikant’s deeds. Aatish blames them for their mother’s death and their suffering, and asks them to leave. He thinks that Kalikant didn’t help them because of his legal family. Jagriti reveals the truth to Aatish and Nikita that she had killed Kalikant in a police encounter, as he was trying to kill his own family. She clarifies to them that even Suraj and Akash were deprived of their father’s love, and it was not easy for them to stay with Ravan like Kalikant in his house. She tells them everything about Kalikant’s crimes. Nikita asks Aatish to let the family stay in the house, but he is not willing to believe Jagriti.
Later on, the family gets ready to leave the house with their belongings, and they hear Aatish’s scream and run to the kitchen. Aatish burns his hand while trying to light the gas stove to make tea. Jagriti teaches him how to light the stove, while Ganga applies ointment to his hand. He gets touched by their gesture and stops them from leaving the house. All the family members get happy and accept Aatish and Nikita. Ganga advises Jagriti to start a family.
Suraj is happy that Jagriti has been proved right and Aatish and Nikita have accepted them. Jagriti wants to have a baby like Suraj and shares with him about her wish. He is hesitant and expresses his wish not to have a child. Jagriti questions him about the reason for his decision. Suraj reveals that he is Kalikant’s son and behaves the same way as Kalikant when he lost his memory. He fears that he might become a father like Kalikant Thakur, as he is his blood and is not trustworthy. He fears that his child will inherit the same venom that Kalikant had passed to him.
Aatish reads Kalikant’s “will”and appreciates himself for stopping Kalikant’s family for his hidden agenda. Jagriti cries and shares with Nikita about Suraj’s fear and his decision not to have the baby. Ganga gives ancestral bangles to Nikita. The family stages a drama to make Suraj understand that a criminal’s son will not merely be a criminal and that the child will inherit their family values. Suraj agrees and reconsiders his decision. Jagriti hugs him.
