Dr. Vishwas plans to divorce Aarambhi

Dr Aarambhi comes to the supermarket to buy the dry fruits etc and talks to her mother on call. Her mother informs her that Pandit ji said that her life will change on her 10th Anniversary, and her happiness will be doubled. She buys the stuff. Principal calls her and informs that today is the career project day of Vihaan, but Mr Vishwas Tandon is busy somewhere. She asks her to come to the school, or else Vihaan will be left alone. Aarambhi says she will come in 10 mins. She takes some stuff and asks the supermarket guy to send the other stuff to her house. She books a bike ride to reach school faster. She calls Vishwas’ hospital and asks him to inform Vishwas that she has managed Vihaan’s school project. The nurse informs Vishwas that Aarambhi believed that he was busy with surgery. Vishwas shows the diamond necklace which he bought for Aarambhi, and asks Nurse not to inform her, as it is a surprise. Vihaan sees Aarambhi and asks where Dad is. Aarambhi hears a guy giving a speech about him. She hears the ladies gossip about Vishwas and her. The teacher calls Aarambhi on the stage.

Vishwas talks to the lawyer and tells him that Aarambhi has nothing of her own, and everything is joined. The lawyer asks him to get the papers signed as Vihaan has turned 7. Vishwas is sure that Aarambhi will sign. Vihaan asks Aarambhi where Dad is? Aarambhi informs that he is busy with surgery. She goes to the stage. A girl asks what his mom will say, being a housewife. Vihaan replies that his father is busy. Aarambhi begins her speech and tells that she is a kitchen doctor, who keeps the house healthy and fit. She is about to show a kitchen experiment and wears gloves. Just then, she sees Mr Kashyap fainting and falling down.

Lawyer asks Vishwas if Aarambhi is a doctor. Vishwas tells that her degree must be kept somewhere in the Almira, she couldn’t practice. He gets an award from the medical council.

Mr Kashyap’s wife panics. Aarambhi rushes to do his first aid and checks him. She asks the school to call the doctor and bring first aid. Some parents say she is not a doctor. Mr Kashyap’s wife asks to call the real doctor. Aarambhi closes her eyes and recalls taking the degree and swearing to treat her parents in any condition. She says that it is her responsibility to treat him by giving him a blood thinner to treat his heart attack. She puts medicine in Kashyap’s mouth and gives him CPR, while everyone prays for him. Kashyap opens his eyes. Aarambhi asks him to take normal breathing. The doctor comes there and appreciates Aarambhi for saving Kashyap if she were a real doctor. Vihaan is proud of her. Everyone claps for her.

Later, she talks to her friend Dr Radhika, a dentist. Radhika calls her topper of the college, and feels proud hearing that she saved a life. Vihaan comes there dressed as a fairy. His mother-in-law comes there and asks Aarambhi to get the flowers changed, as Vishwas got an award. Vishwas and Avantika board a train. He informs her that he has talked to the lawyer, to appeal in court and will activate the plan on the anniversary. She asks him to push the anniversary. He shows the necklace, which he wants to present to Aarambhi, saying it is a fake stone and middle-class like Aarambhi. Avantika says something is more important than his anniversary. Vishwas’s father jokes. Vishwas’s mother scolds Aarambhi for going to Vihaan’s school and tells her that she should have sent Raj, Harish or someone who contributed to their hospital. She makes fun of Aarambhi for acting like a doctor. Vihaan tells that she has saved Naira’s Dad and gave him CPR. Aarambhi says I was a doctor. Vishwas comes there and says she is my heart doctor. Dimple says there is a difference between a medical student and a practising doctor. He gives her the award and says she deserved it. Aarambhi tells Vishwas that she has done what a doctor would have done in such a condition. She says she would have practiced but they asked her to take a back seat. Vishwas blames himself for being emotionally blackmailed. She asks him to feel proud to bring the award home, and is happy that he gave her a good life. He acts romantically with her and gives her the fake diamond necklace. He informs her that they have to push the anniversary celebration, as he has to go to Mumbai for 3 days, as there is a surgery there. She asks him to go and says they will celebrate later. He thinks it is easy to convince her with his lies.

Vishwas comes to the restaurant with Avantika. Radhika and Aarambhi act to get the reserved table, as they haven’t reserved it. The manager gives them a table. Vihaan accompanies Aarambhi. He doesn’t see his father there. Vishwas and Avantika have a dance. Aarambhi sees Vishwas proposing his love to Avantika.
